Phantom Track works across 37 European countries, and that coverage is included in the service fee. If you travel abroad regularly, go on vacation or move the vehicle across a border, tracking simply keeps working — no roaming fees, no upgrades, no surprises.

Factory wiring respected
For most vehicles we install without cutting into the original wiring, wherever the car's electronics allow it. The protection is hidden, the factory harness stays intact.

If you sell your vehicle, you can include the Phantom system in the sale and transfer it to the new owner. Or we can move it to the new vehicle you just bought, for a transfer fee.

Good to know
Track is a connected service: it needs mobile coverage and a data plan, so it carries an ongoing service fee covering the SIM and the Swiss hosting. Phantom Lock has no subscription at all. Tracking supports recovery — it does not prevent theft on its own, which is why we recommend combining it with Lock.
