Why Track has a service fee
Phantom Track is a live connected service: it needs mobile data and a tracking platform that is online around the clock. The fee covers the SIM connectivity and our Swiss-hosted infrastructure, plus local support. Nothing is hidden in it, and Lock is never affected — it has no subscription. Coverage in 37 European countries is included at no extra cost, so tracking keeps working when you travel or go on vacation.
