PhantomLock supplies and installs vehicle security systems — Phantom Lock, Phantom Track and the combined Lock + Track package — and provides related advice and support. We are an independent specialist installer; we do not manufacture the components we install. Company details: see the Impressum.

Prices shown on this website, including on the pricing page, are indicative flat fees and are not binding. A binding price is given in a written offer after we have assessed your specific vehicle. Prices are in Swiss francs. Where applicable, VAT is stated in the offer.

Our systems are designed for a broad range of 12 V vehicles. We do not claim universal compatibility: every installation is subject to an assessment of the individual vehicle, and we will tell you if your vehicle is unsuitable before any work is agreed.

Installation takes place by appointment at our workshop in Zürich. Please arrive with all vehicle keys and, where relevant, proof of ownership. Appointments cancelled at short notice may be charged if the slot cannot be reallocated. Work is carried out with professional care and, where technically possible, in a reversible manner.

Phantom Track requires an ongoing service fee covering mobile connectivity and the Swiss-hosted tracking platform. It is billed monthly or annually in advance and may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. If the service fee lapses, the tracking service stops; the installed hardware and your Phantom Lock system are unaffected. Phantom Lock has no ongoing fee.

We warrant our installation work against defects in workmanship. Manufacturer warranty terms apply to the hardware itself. Damage caused by third-party intervention, accident, modification, misuse or vehicle faults outside our work is not covered.

No security system can guarantee that a vehicle will not be stolen or damaged, and no tracking service can guarantee recovery. Tracking depends on mobile network and satellite coverage, which we do not control. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law; indirect and consequential damage, including loss of use and loss of profit, is excluded. Insurance cover remains your responsibility.

You are responsible for using the systems lawfully. In particular, if a tracked vehicle is used by other people, you must inform them that its location is recorded.

Personal data and vehicle location data are processed as described in our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of PhantomLock, subject to mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction. Questions: kontakt@phantomlock.ch.
